Once your request has been registered, you will be sent two contracts :

• - one copy must be returned to L’Aventure Michelin’s Reservation Service: Service Réservation de l’Aventure Michelin, 32 rue du Clos Four, 63100 CLERMONT-FERRAND.
• - the other copy must be kept by the customer and presented on the day of the visit at L’Aventure Michelin reception desk.

The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the completed and signed contract along with a 30% deposit, unless other arrangements have been made.
