Our Group Service is available to tourism professionals.
The service will provide you with the information you require regarding
your proposed visit and will strive to meet all your needs,
ensuring that you’re your visit to L’Aventure Michelin
is as successful as possible.

Once your request has been registered, you will be sent two contracts :
- one copy must be returned to L’Aventure Michelin’s Reservation Service: Service Réservation de l’Aventure Michelin, 32 rue du Clos Four, 63100 CLERMONT-FERRAND.
- the other copy must be kept by the customer and presented on the day of the visit at L’Aventure Michelin reception desk.
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the completed and signed contract along with a 30% deposit, unless other arrangements have been made.
